By installing or using AI Sheets (“the Application”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service
AI Sheets is a Google Sheets add-on that provides an AI-powered custom function to generate insights, summaries, and content directly within your spreadsheet using OpenAI's API. This Application is provided “as is,” without guarantees of availability or functionality.

3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI Sheets solely for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Application.

4. Compliance

• A. By using the Application, you agree to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including OpenAI’s terms of service. 

• B. Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models

5. Limitations and Disclaimers

• No Warranty: The Application is provided on an "as-is" basis. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to AI Sheets at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or other misuse of the Application.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of AI Sheets after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
